Breaking the cycle of burnout one layer at a time
I've been feeling creative and inspired!
After doing a mini online retreat yesterday (a thing I've been wanting to do but feeling blocked on) I realized a few things.
1. I'm more capable than I give myself credit for- I've learned this lesson a dozen times over and it's still mind blowing each time it comes up
2. I have a limiting belief that I can't offer things around the holidays because people are too busy- which is actually why I should be offering things, especially around burn out
3. I get to follow my fun. I feel guilty for not having my book edited "on time" but that deadline thinking is old me- and I built this business to have fun and if editing isn't fun right now, the project can wait a bit until im feeling it again. I don't have to crush it like I did the first time around to still be a valid author
So - im going to do the opposite of what my limiting beliefs have been telling me and do the "risky" thing of putting up a pop up offer later today! Be on the look out 🤩🤩🤩
Mindfulness is a practice and it always starts with us. I personally work on my own mindfulness every day which is why I shared this thinking with you! Because you can do it to!
